How do I submit a deal to you?
Once you've completed our simple registration process you can submit all of your deals quickly online via the
SUBMIT A DEAL
feature.
How can I track the progress of my submissions to you?
You can track the status of each deal you send us as it moves through our system from Undwriting to Funding and every step between in real-time online here:

I need to send you my signed W9 and Fee Agreement. Can you send me these forms and where do I fax them?

you can then click the "DOWNLOAD W-9" link and the "DOWNLOAD FEE AGREEMENT" links that will appear on the right side of the menu options. When you sign up for an account you should receive an email from us with both of these forms attached and instructions on where to send them. You may fax your completed forms to (888) 457-5658.
On the Deal Submission Form the first question is "Your Reference Number". What is this for?
This field was creating for Broker convenience. When you wish to
track a deal
, one of the options for searching/sorting your submissions is via this field, Your Reference Number. The field is not required so you may leave it blank if you choose.
Why do some services promise to pay more per deal than you do?
Those services that offer you large commissions for your deals do so because they will only attempt to work your very high property value, high equity submissions.
